Trolley wheels in all shapes and sizes

Konijnenburg produces wheels for various types of trolleys. Think of order pickers, storage trolleys and castors. Many of these trolleys (and therefore also wheels) are found in the warehouse. This brings with it a number of special requirements. For example, the wheels of the trolleys must be equipped with direction indicators, special brake pedals, integrated brake controls and/or electric auxiliary motors. In addition, low rolling resistance is important.

Optimal braking systems Rubber compound with low resistance

Our plant in Slovenia (LIV) manufactures heavy-duty castors up to 1,000 kg and customised castors for optimal operation of braking systems. In addition, we have developed a rubber compound with the lowest rolling resistance on the market. All our castors are perfectly matched to your needs as a customer and can be delivered quickly from our own factory or warehouse. Please contact us for advice. It is also possible to invite us so that we can give you tailor-made advice.

Customised

For your shopping cart

If a roll is not in our range or in the standard range of our suppliers, customisation is possible. It may be that you have an existing application that you are not satisfied with. For example, you want to be innovative or produce cheaper. We mainly make adjustments when there is a special need for functionality. For example, do the wheels of your application break quickly? Then we will help you find an alternative. It is also possible to adapt wheels that we already have in stock to your requirements.

From the inventory to the right solution

We establish what the application is and how the wheels are used. We also look at the problem. Why do the wheels break or wear out too quickly? Or are the current wheels too expensive for the application? We ask you to send us samples of the defective parts.

Konijnenburg can offer an economical solution without making concessions in quality and durability. This does not always require a new design process. The solution can also be a volume input or a special input. Customisation does not always have to involve large volumes. Even if you only need two or three parts of a particular wheel, customisation is possible.
